I ship all packages (1-3 business days from ordering time) wrapped with Extreme care in mind to get your package to you safely.

I also send every package via Royal Mail, and all packages will require a signature upon delivery.

Buyers are responsible for any customs charges and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Refunds

Even though I take extreme care when packaging my items for shipment there is always a possibility of damage during travel.

If your item arrives damaged Please contact me right away and we will work out a suitable arrangement for store credit or a refund.

I want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase. If there is something wrong please contact me within 5 business days of receiving your purchase to let me know your concerns so we can work out a solution.

I really want all of my customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase and will do what I can to make this happen.

 

Exchanges & Cancellations

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

 

Returns

If you don't love your artwork for any reason, simply send it back in the original packaging for a full refund. I only ask that (1) you contact me about the return within 5 business days of receiving the painting and that (2) you pay the return shipping cost. The only paintings that are non-returnable are commissioned (custom) paintings.

Please note; Although I have made every effort to display the artworks as accurately as possible, the colours and images of each artwork may vary slightly. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
